Project Introduction
The current renovation project is located in the Ma On Shan community in Hong Kong, where the 80 square meter house currently houses seven members of the Li Wen family. Liwen was born with missing fingers and has encountered more challenges and strange looks in life, but fortunately, the warmth of her home has made her strong and grow up. The house that has been lived in for 30 years has chaotic space, piled up debris, blocked flow, and poor ventilation and lighting. There are only two bedrooms in the house, and the whole family lacks independent space, making life inconvenient and easily causing psychological depression. This led a family that was actively facing life to decide to embark on a transformation. Designers inject care into their designs, creating a comfortable new home for an optimistic family.
Explore storage space and achieve ultimate storage
Thoroughly transform the previously chaotic and cluttered home space, maximize storage space, and bid farewell to crowding and chaos through customized storage solutions. Intelligent lighting has been cleverly integrated into the cabinet design, providing sufficient and soft light, and achieving unified control of the entire house's lighting, making it easy to create a warm and comfortable home environment.
Reshaping living space, focusing on user experience
The original family zoning functions were chaotic, and the whole house layout was reorganized. Diversified lighting scenes were designed for different functional spaces to optimize daily use and enhance the overall living experience. Through an intelligent lighting control system, it is easy to switch between different scenes, allowing every corner of the home to fit the rhythm of life and emotional needs, achieving a personalized living experience.
In the staircase area, human body sensors are specially installed. When you need to go to the bathroom at night, the lights on the stairs will intelligently sense and automatically light up, reducing the risk of falling due to unclear vision and demonstrating the warmth and care that intelligence brings to life.
Faced with the limitations of the height of Hong Kong housing, in order to maximize the openness and comfort of the space, the company has used its exposed series products, cleverly enhancing the visual hierarchy and height of the entire space. The excellent light control function makes the light distribution more uniform and soft, creating a spacious, bright, warm and comfortable living environment, truly realizing infinite possibilities within limited space.
